Red Oak Notary & Fingerprinting, LLC is hiring motivated, dependable individuals who want to become California Notaries Public and join our professional mobile notary team.
Selected candidates who meet our hiring requirements will receive company-sponsored assistance to begin the California Notary Public commissioning process.
RedOak will pay approved costs for:
Candidates must successfully satisfy all California requirements and receive their Notary Public commission before they can begin performing notarial assignments for RedOak. You do not need to already be a Notary Public to apply.
Competitive hourly wage for all compensable working time.
Per eligible business mile, paid separately from hourly wages.
Every completed assignment pays at least one full hour, regardless of how fast it goes.
You accept an assignment located nearby. The entire compensable assignment takes only 35 minutes. You will still receive $22.00 for the assignment, plus $0.76 per eligible business mile.
If the compensable assignment takes 1.5 hours, you would receive $33.00, plus applicable mileage reimbursement.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. There are no set weekly hours and no guaranteed number of appointments or weekly hours. RedOak's mobile notaries work based on customer demand and scheduled appointments.
This position does not guarantee a minimum number of hours per week. It is designed for individuals who value flexibility and are interested in appointment-based mobile work.

Once commissioned and cleared to work, you'll have the opportunity to earn $22/hour with a one-hour minimum per completed assignment, plus $0.76 per eligible business mile, while working a flexible, appointment-based schedule.
